Adrian Aizenstat joined Hudson in 2025 and is a Managing Director at the firm, where he leads all advisory, deal origination, and execution across the platform. With nearly two decades of investment finance experience, Mr. Aizenstat oversees the firm’s efforts in advisory, capital markets, special situations, and its private credit strategy.

A capital markets and investment professional with a global track record across real estate, private
credit, and structured finance, Mr. Aizenstat has executed nearly $2.0 billion in debt and equity
transactions. Prior to joining Hudson, he was the founding partner at Standard Capital, a capital advisory and investment management firm founded in 2012, where he led bespoke financing across middle-market, corporate, and real estate segments. He began his career at Wells Fargo’s Special Situations Group, resolving $200 million in distressed real estate loans during the financial crisis, and subsequently originated over $600 million in cross-border credit facilities to middle-market and corporate clients.

Mr. Aizenstat holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida, where he was recognized as a Warrington Finance Scholar, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
